The Workers of England Union have always represented employees in Wales as the employment laws of England and Wales are the same.

The Workers of Wales Union is branch of the Workers of England Union and was set during the covid lockdown periods, setting up a new separate union can take a long and protracted period and being a branch of the Workers of England Union meant it came under our union certification.

The WWU operates the same way as the WEU in being an independent trade union
