This case, heard at the Middlesbrough Employment Tribunal, reaffirms our commitment to fighting unfair treatment and protecting the rights of every English worker.
Case Overview
The union represented a member whose contract was abruptly terminated despite his excellent standard of work. The claim focused on illegal discrimination under the Equalities Act 2010, specifically:
- Anti-English “National Origin/National Identity” discrimination
- “System of Philosophical Belief” discrimination, due to his active campaigning for a fair deal for England
