WEU Representatives Are Independent

WEU Representatives Are Independent
| W.E.U Admin | News

Did you know? The Workers of England Union uses representatives who are entirely external and independent from your employer. It makes sense, doesn’t it? An employment adviser supporting you in your time of need shouldn’t be employed by your company.

Many Trade Unions rely on a work colleague because it’s cheaper, but the Workers of England Union believes that workplace-based representation can be a disadvantage.

When your representative reports directly to the same senior managers they’d have to challenge on your behalf, it creates undue pressure. They may hesitate to raise issues, leading to sub-standard representation for members.

By providing completely independent, external representation, we eliminate these complications so we can focus solely on you.
