Dear Members
During the week we had the sad news that one of the founding members of the Workers of England Union had passed away.
Alan England had been a great support and help when the Workers of England Union was being set up and he always remained a loyal supporter, and continued to advise on cases as recently as this year.
Throughout his life, Alan had worked hard trying to ensure that England’s workforce were properly protected in the workplace and his advice will be greatly missed.
On behalf of the Workers of England Union, I would like to send our condolences to his wife and family.
